Bitcoin network

Bitcoin fees are 2 sat/vB for the next block and 1 sat/vB within an hour. Free.

What these numbers mean

Bitcoin adds a block about every 10 minutes. Each block has limited space, so transactions bid for it with a fee per virtual byte (sat/vB). When many people want in at once, the backlog grows and fees rise. Every 2,016 blocks, the network adjusts how hard it is to mine so blocks keep arriving about every 10 minutes.
